These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules and conditions that apply to the use of the Twinkle Little website at https://twinklelittle.com (the "Site").

Use of AI-Generated Images
Certain images used on the Twinkle Little website — including, but not limited to, images of an illustrative, promotional or conceptual nature — may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI).
These images are used to enhance the visual presentation of our content and do not necessarily depict real products, people, places or situations unless expressly stated otherwise. Product images are illustrative in nature, and variations may occur compared with the final product.
Because every item is crocheted by hand, small variations in stitch, tone and finish are a natural characteristic of the product and are not considered defects.
By using this Site, you acknowledge and accept that Twinkle Little is not responsible for misinterpretations arising from the use of AI-generated images, or for expectations formed solely on the basis of such visual representations.
Products and Intended Use
Our products are designed and sold as decorative outfits and keepsake garments intended for supervised wear and photography.
They are not intended for use as sleepwear, bedding, swaddles, or sleep sacks, and should not be used during unsupervised sleep. As with any loose-knit or hooded garment, adult supervision is required at all times during use.
Buttons, hoods and loose-knit sections may present a hazard if the garment is damaged, worn incorrectly, or used outside its intended purpose. Please inspect the item before each use and discontinue use if any part becomes loose or damaged.
By purchasing from this Site, you confirm that you have read and understood this intended use.
Orders, Pricing and Availability
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Where an order is cancelled by us, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Any applicable duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.
